Pre-Orders

For pre-order items, the exact hashrate cannot be guaranteed, as manufacturers may ship different variations of the same model.

If the actual hashrate differs from the hashrate ordered, we will provide proportional compensation based on the amount paid.

Important: Pre-order items cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order has been placed.

Unwanted Goods and Order Cancellations

Orders that do not contain pre-order items may be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns for a refund are not accepted.
If a product arrives faulty, please follow the Faulty Goods procedure below.
Refunds made through PayPal or credit card are subject to an 8% processing fee.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and original shipping costs, except when the return results from our error, such as an incorrect or defective item.

Items Faulty on Arrival

If an item is faulty upon arrival, you may choose between an exchange and a repair.

To submit a claim:

Notify us within three calendar days of receiving the item.
Keep the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
Contact customer service to obtain a prepaid return label.
Return the item according to the instructions provided by our customer service team.

Once the fault has been verified, we will provide a replacement or arrange repair service.

Important: If our technicians determine that the item is not faulty, it will be returned to you and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If an item is missing from your order or you receive an incorrect item, please contact customer service as soon as possible and no later than three calendar days after receipt.
