Pre-Order

For pre-order items, the exact hashrate cannot be guaranteed, as manufacturers may ship variations of the same model.
If the actual hashrate differs from what you ordered, we will provide proportional compensation based on the amount you paid.

⚠ Pre-order items cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order is placed.

Unwanted Goods / Order Cancellation

• Orders excluding pre-order items can be cancelled before shipment.

• Once the items have been handed over to the carrier, the order cannot be cancelled.

• Returns for refund are not accepted.

• If the product arrives faulty, please refer to the Faulty Goods policy below.

• Refunds via PayPal or Credit Card are subject to an 8% processing fee.

• Return shipping costs and original shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).

Faulty Goods

Items Faulty on Arrival

If your item is faulty upon arrival, you may choose exchange or repair.

• You must notify us within 3 calendar days of receipt.

• Return the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

• Please contact customer service to obtain a prepaid return label.

• Once the fault is verified, we will provide a replacement or arrange repair service.

⚠ If our technicians determine that the item is not faulty, it will be returned to you, and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If any items are missing from your order or the wrong items were sent, please contact customer service as soon as possible, and no later than 3 days after receipt:
