Return Shipping Cost

The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error (such as incorrect or defective items).

3-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the United States and the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days without providing any reason. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
